Three memberships in one — When you become a member of the Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS®, you are automatically entitled to membership in the National Association of REALTORS®, the largest trade association in the nation, as well as membership in the Ohio Association of REALTORS®.

ACAR’s membership categories include REALTOR® and Commercial REALTORS®. ACAR also has a membership category named “Affiliates”. Affiliate members represent a variety of specialties within the real estate field, including title agencies, financial institutions, home inspection service organizations, publishing houses, mortgage companies, law firms and many others.

Commercial Forum

The purpose of the Commercial Forum is to provide ACAR’s commercial members with networking opportunities such as "What's Driving Northeast Ohio," and commercial continuing education classes. There are opportunities to apply for a scholarship to obtain your SIOR Designation. The SIOR designation is a professional achievement for highly qualified commercial real estate practitioners with a strong transactional history in brokerage, fee-based services, or executive management.

Commercial Information Exchange (CIE)

ACAR is also pleased to offer the Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) powered by Crexi. The CIE is a full commercial property database and listing service for Northeast Ohio. ACAR is partnering with Crexi to bring you the leading software designed to empower commercial professionals by increasing market exposure of commercial listings to brokers and the public.
