ACAR just wrapped up another incredible year, and we’re excited to share what we’ve been up to! Our 2025 Annual Report highlights how ACAR has been working hard to support REALTORS® across Cuyahoga, Portage, and Summit Counties.
This year was all about making your life easier and your voice louder. We rolled out the My ACAR Mobile App so you can handle everything from event registration to dues payments right from your phone. We also teamed up with the University of Cincinnati to dig into point-of-sale inspections and how they’re affecting homebuyers in our area.
On the advocacy front, we’re seeing real wins. Thanks to REALTORS® speaking up, Shaker Heights started rolling back some tough inspection policies. Plus, our members invested over $120,000 in RPAC, keeping our industry’s voice strong where it counts.
Between our growing #HomeForAll Podcast (over 5,000 downloads!), new specialty newsletters, and tons of professional development opportunities, we’re constantly finding new ways to connect and support our members.
