The Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS® (ACAR) has named Kim Ule the recipient of its 2026 #HomeForAll Award, recognizing her leadership and commitment to strengthening the Hiram community.
The #HomeForAll Award recognizes a public service official, organization or ACAR member whose work helps make Northeast Ohio a #HomeForAll, with an emphasis on property rights, commercial development and resources that support homeownership.
Ule is a REALTOR®, local business owner and President of Downtown Hiram Revitalization. Under her leadership, the organization grew from a grassroots task force into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in just one year.
The organization brings community partners together to encourage investment, revitalize downtown Hiram and create new opportunities for residents, businesses and visitors.
As a REALTOR®, Ule also brings her knowledge of the local real estate market and her passion for Hiram’s history to her community work. She has helped showcase the community’s historic properties while supporting efforts to preserve and strengthen the downtown.
“Kim understands the connection between a strong real estate market, a vibrant downtown and a community where people want to live and invest,” said Mike Valerino, ACAR CEO. “Her leadership is helping create new opportunities for Hiram while celebrating what makes the community unique.”
ACAR presented the #HomeForAll Award to Ule at its Annual Meeting on October 1.
The award reflects ACAR’s broader commitment to supporting communities where people can live, work, invest and build a future.
