On March 26, 2025, members of ACAR traveled to the Ohio Statehouse for the Ohio REALTORS’ annual legislative day. Attendees learned about various issues, including zoning, a new pattern book with free pre-approved plans for cities to consider adopting, property tax reform, housing policy priorities for OR, and much more. Several members of the General Assembly representing parts of ACAR’s jurisdiction stopped by to learn about what our REALTORS are seeing in the local market. The event closed with remarks from Governor Mike DeWine.
