Cleveland Certificate of Disclosure Webinar

On August 22, 2024, ACAR hosted a webinar on recent changes to the City of Cleveland’s Certificate of Disclosure for area title companies. The change impacts residential, commercial, and industrial property transfers. Many questions were covered during the presentation.
