ACAR hosted a webinar with Summit County Fiscal Officer Kristen Scalise on August 24, 2023, to cover a variety of updates impacting the real estate industry. The discussion included an overview of the triennial property valuation update along with news on a new service, Fraud Notify, that will alert enrolled homeowners about any action on their property title/deed.
