The Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors® (ACAR) Diversity Committee works collaboratively to ensure a supportive and welcoming environment in which people of all backgrounds and demographic characteristics feel welcome and a sense of belonging.

Areas of focus include but are not limited to relating diversity, equity, and inclusion to the Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors® Strategic Plan, mission, values, and objectives.

In light of recent national developments, the Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS® (ACAR) reaffirms its strong commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within both our organization and the broader real estate industry. Our DEI strategy will continue to focus on education and advocacy, working to break down barriers and create an environment that welcomes people from all backgrounds.
