ACAR’s Updated Homeowner Incentive Resource Guide!

ACAR has updated its Homeowner Incentive Resource Guide, a collection of homeowner and home buyer incentives in Cuyahoga, Summit, and Portage counties.

Homeowner Incentive Resource Guide:  The Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS’® Homeowner Incentive Resource Guide provides information on down payment and closing cost assistance, repair and rehab funding, low-interest loans, tax incentives, and other resources available through county and city housing departments. These incentives are meant to make homeownership more accessible and sustainable.
