From the Fair Housing Center:
The Fair Housing Center is conducting a survey of Cuyahoga County housing providers to better understand housing providers’
considerations and decision-making with respect to criminal records screening. We feel gathering the perceptions, experiences, and voices of landlords and housing providers is a crucial component of developing sound housing policy and finding the most effective ways to bolster fair housing outcomes.
The data from these surveys will be compiled for a public report and used to inform efforts to develop resources to support housing providers and tenants. The survey is voluntary, all information collected is anonymous, and it will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Participants can choose to enter into a drawing for 1 of 5 gift certificates to Giant Eagle.
