Northfield Village, OH

Ordinance No. 2026-23 — Northfield Village passed an emergency ordinance creating an outright ban on short-term rentals of residential properties, effective immediately. Council cited the protection of neighborhood character and the village’s long-term housing supply as the reasons for the prohibition.
