On March 6, 2025, ACAR joined the City of Euclid and its partners for REALTOR Day in Euclid. The event included 2 hours of continuing education for real estate agents, with special presentations from Mayor Kirsten Holzheimer Gail, the Building Department, and the Planning & Development Department. Attendees also learned about Euclid City Schools, down payment and home repair programs, and much more all designed to help REALTORS better assist their clients looking to become homeowners. More than 100 members were in attendance.
A special tip shared by the city: questions regarding a property’s point of sale inspection should be directed to buildingandhousing@cityofeuclid.com. These messages go to an entire team, and whoever is the best person to assist will respond as soon as possible.
