Attention rental housing providers in Cuyahoga County, if you have open units in select cities, be sure to check out the new Cuyahoga Community Choice Demonstration. In partnership with CMHA, the Community Choice program matches tenants with vouchers to housing providers outside of Cleveland proper. The program comes with a number of benefits for the housing provider and addresses many of the often cited disincentives to participate in the voucher program.
